All content, scores, assessments, categorisations, and recommendations available on the platform are provided solely for general informational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional, technical, financial, or commercial advice of any kind.
The platform may be modified, suspended, restructured, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of Diaris, without notice or liability to any party.
Subject to these Terms, Diaris grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or otherwise exploit the platform or its content for commercial gain.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any use of platform content beyond what is expressly permitted herein requires prior written consent from Diaris.
Where users submit content to the platform — including messages, feedback, or requests — you grant Diaris a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such content for any purpose related to the operation and improvement of the platform.
The platform contains information about, and links to, third party products, services, and websites. Such references are provided solely for informational convenience. Diaris makes no representations, warranties, or endorsements of any kind regarding any third party content, product, or service.
Certain links on the platform may be affiliate links through which Diaris may receive compensation if you choose to engage with a third party offering. The existence of such arrangements does not influence the editorial independence of platform content. Diaris assumes no liability for any transaction, interaction, or relationship arising from your engagement with third party offerings.
Scores, ratings, and assessments displayed on the platform are generated through proprietary methodologies that may incorporate automated processing, editorial judgement, and available public information. These assessments are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or professional recommendation of any kind.
Diaris reserves the right to update, revise, or remove any score or assessment at any time without notice. You agree not to rely solely on platform assessments when making decisions of any kind.
Where account registration is required to access certain features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Diaris immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Diaris reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where it determines that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in conduct detrimental to the platform or other users, or for any operational reason, with or without notice.
The platform and all content, features, and services are provided on an strictly as-is and as-available basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Diaris expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, availability, and non-infringement.
Diaris does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. No information or advice obtained from the platform creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diaris and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Diaris to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the greater of the amount you paid to access the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten United States dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users accessing the platform from other jurisdictions, local mandatory consumer protection laws may apply to the extent required by applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diaris with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
